Prospects should only apply for one unit, by navigating to the individual unit and selecting the "Apply Now" button. Do not apply to multiple units.
All roommates must apply within 48 hours of each other. Be sure to add the names of all roommates on the application.

Yes, a Guarantor/Co-Signer is required for each tenant.
A guarantor is a person who will co-sign a lease alongside a tenant, guaranteeing to pay the rent if the tenant fails to do so. Guarantors are responsible for paying the rent if it goes unpaid by the tenants.
